You should go for any of the core branches. Electrical, Mechanical and Civil. These 3 are evergreen branches of engineering! Remains ques of placement, it simply depends on your performance in these 4 years. Secondly, do what you like.

CSC ofcourse because of placement detail, placement record of electrical is far way down compared to CSC. In terms of subject also CSC is far interesting and challenging. You would love to study them. Also CSC labs are good such as centrally AC none like old fashioned elec. lab. And CSC job will be comfortable and privileged than rigorous electrical job in tough conditions.

Streams in demand are mechanical engineering, electronics and communication, electrical and electronics, computer science and engineering, instrumentation and so on. Considering the trends is industrial growth the world over, electronics and computer science streams seem to have good prospects. The scope again depends on the qualities of the person who is entitled to compete in the job market.

Right now, CSE is at the peak so, you have to choose that one.

Every branch in engineering has equal scope but it varies and I think CSE has the best scope among all the branches.

CS should be a better option, your 12 percentage doesn't decide your admission in NITs or IIT your JEE rank decides that, so focus on JEE Mains or advance.

    Hello Deepraj,
The choosing of CSE or electrical majorly depends on your interest. But coming to the general discussion, both the streams have great opportunities to showcase your knowledge. CSE is an IT related branch whereas EEE comes for hardware sector. To go with the present scenario, both the branches give you bright future.
    Good luck.

Mechanical and civil, if you see these branches from the perspective of doing job, then you can go for both government and private jobs. In future, if you want to start something of your own, these two fields will be beneficial for you. Both the fields are very dynamic in nature.

It depends upon your interest. If you have interest in coding and you have the confidence that you can get it through, then preferably you should go for CSE. But, if you think you lag in it, and you love Physics and Maths more, then you can go for electrical.

Both branches are good, it depends on your interest. If you are interested in a government job, it would be easy with electrical.
