Which engineering branch is better among CSE and ECE?

ECE is a hardcore engineering branch will open door for you in Electronics, Telecom and IT companies. With CSE you have only career options in IT industry. BTech CSE graduates also compete with BCA, MCA, MSc, CS and B.Tech IT graduates for jobs in IT industry. Job competition is higher for CSE graduates & also their supply is very high vis a viz demand. Indian IT industry has started showing early sign of decline because of outcry against outsourcing in Western countries. If given a choice I will prefer ECE over CSE.
