Scope of EEE graduates is lesser in comparison to ECE graduates because electrical engineers are employed in electrical power generation and distribution firms. Operations and maintenance roles in manufacturing and services industries but ECE engineers can be employed in electronics industry, telecommunication, IT and ITES industries besides on all jobs where EEE graduates can be employed.
ECE engineers are employed in following type of roles:
    (a) Maintenance and operations role in electronics, telecommunication equipment manufacturing companies.
    (b) Maintenance and operations role in manufacturing companies
    (c) Maintenance and operations
    ...more

Pursue the courses from a good college because both the branches have equal opportunities to get a good job and the rest depends on how you study your engineering and enhance your skill so that those can be used in your work area.
