Which engineering branch is better and more demanding: Petroleum or Computer Science?

Hi, All the branches of engineering are equally good and have tremendous job opportunities. It entirely depends on how well you understand and handle the stream and increase your scope of growth. Some demanding branches of engineering are: -Aeronautical engineering -Automobile engineering -Chem

Petroleum Engineering is a neiche branch therefore career opportunities are limited. CSE is branch whose graduates can be empoyed with various kind of jobs in different industries. Also IT industry in India is bigger thus had more job opportunities in comparison to Petroleum Engineering.

Computer engineering is better. You can easily get a job, if you have done computer engineering. It has lots of scope.

For Computer Science, a number of institutions are available, offering effective coaching and placements are also satisfactory. For chemical engineering, very limited opportunities are found and it is said that to be expensive to run the course.

All branches have their own value. It depends on you that in which branch you have more interest. Computer science has more scope but you should choose that branch in which you are willing to go.

Engineering in petroleum is good because it is in great demand and also less students going in this field so probability of getting job is very high.
