Which engineering branch is better between aerospace and electrical in India?

Friend, if you are interested in aerospace, aeronautics and space science then go for aerospace engineering. If you are interested working in Energy Management, Power Management Sector like PSUs, NTPC etc., then go for Electrical Engineering.
