Which engineering branch is better between CSE and civil? Which will be convenient for IAS preparation?
My aim is to become an IAS.

Civil engineering is an optional subject for civil services examination, but you must think about other job prospects as well. Your engineering branch may be immaterial, since you have choice of subjects and if you are determined and confident. You need hard work, dedication and preparations.

1. Agriculture.
2. Animal husbandry and veterinary science.
3. Anthropology.
4. Botany.
5. Chemistry.
6. Civil engineering.
7. Commerce and accountancy.
8. Economics.
9. Electrical engineering.
10. Geography.
11. Geology.
12. Indian histor

mam everyone is saying that civil will be a hard subject when compared to cse .
And if u take civil u cannot give time to upsc prep.
