Which engineering branch is better between CSE and IT? Which one is better in terms of future and money?

According my opinion, Computer Science & Engineering stream is best for a bright future and offer good salary for placements in India as well as abroad.

If you want specification only in software then you must choose IT but if you want to have knowledge of both hardware and software, then you must choose CSE. Both are similar but some technologies and some subject are different according to the university. Jobs are available in both branches. Still CSE is better for govt. sector.

CSE is a better branch preference than IT.
Both the branches are good in terms of future and money but the initial packages given to CSE students is more than IT students.
