    If you want to get admission in some college then I suggest you to go with electronics as it's scope in the future and present is very high.

    Computer engineering. It contains hardware and software both. Just check that the branch is computer engineering and not computer science technology.

    Electronics as you will have broader options. Electronics these days is a core branch.

    Between electronics and IT, it will always be IT. IT will always pay higher than electronics and electronics is quite niche branch nowadays with a very limited scope.
