Which engineering branch is better: electrical and electronics engineering or civil engineering?

EEE is a better option in terms of placement but you much choose one based on your interest.

I would advise you to opt for EEE due to its wide scope.

Electronics engineering is better than electrical but civil engineering is more in demand. So, I would prefer you for civil engineering. -
In current observation of market and my opinion is that you are have to choose civil engineering because their are lots of opportunities in private and government with good salary.
