Which engineering branch is easy to pursue, CSE or ECE?

CS is easy than ECE.Take ECE if you are really an hard working student otherwise you may face various problems later on.

Both are similar prospectus in difficulty manner, CSE is easy only for those who understand programming language , because some student can not under stand programming so it may be difficult and for job prospectus both are good but in ECE you can also go in software development field or in IT field
