    CS and IT are the best among this for career. The world is moving towards digitization so career growth will be there in CS or IT. Also, these fields are evergreen and will never come to an end. The packages offered are also good. Marine engineering is good but restricted to a particular field. With CS or IT you can have a wide scope for your career.

    All the specialisation has good career scope. They are in demand but I will suggest you to choose CSE over all other specializations. The way technology is growing and impacting our life CSE has a lot of scope and is a better option. Every organisation or company requires to be present digitally, be it banks, hospitals, education, or railways. Computer Science and Information Technology are one of the most evergreen professions and will continue to rise in the years to come.     Streams in demand are mechanical engineering, electronics and communication, electrical and electronics, computer science and engineering, instrumentation and so on. mechanical engineering is an evergreen branch. Opportunities for information technology stream are found to be affected by recession the world over, but lets be optimistic.
