Which engineering branch shall I choose? I have done my 12th in science with 63% and have got 13 marks in JEE Mains.

I would suggest you to reapply for entrance Exam and get good score.you can appear for CAT, AIEEE, CET and various institute level Exam.

Your JEE Mains score is very less. So, it is better to work hard again for JEE Mains or think about some other field.
