Which engineering branch should I choose among aerospace engineering & mechanical engineering?

I would love to design missiles, fighter jets and also I want to get into research. Which engineering branch should I chose in order to flourish out? Also, why aerospace engineers can't work in foreign countries? Can you give me a broader explanation of both the fields & helm me in choosing one?

It is based on your interests. You can go for B.Tech aerospace/ aeronautical followed by MS or M.Tech.
