Hello Aamir,
You can go for civil engineering because now a days the market of civil works going up very high in India. Lots of civil engineers are required because of lots of big projects coming in India. It will help you to get good job in UAE also. -
If you are so very passionate about your engineering then you can do well in any field. All the fields may provide you with good job here or abroad. Then, it is also depends on the college and its placement.
