Which engineering branch should I opt for if I have interest in both field work and software?

Hello,
For this you can opt for Civil Engineering or Computer Science engineering. In Civil engineering, you can go for field work as well as you can work over CAD software. While in CSE you can either work as a hardware repairer as a field job or you can work and develop various software.
