Which engineering branch should I opt for in B.Tech, information science or ECE?
I want to pursue M.Tech after completing B.Tech.

Electronics and Communication is better option to go for Masters, as it includes subjects like VLSI, Microprocessor/Microcontroller, Digital Communication, Signal Processing and TV/Antennas. These are going to be the topics of research and development in coming years.

Yes, both are different. Yes, correction in the answer, I was mentioning about Information Service Engineering.
