Which engineering branch should I opt for in B.Tech to get placed in a good firm?

I scored 95% in HSC. I want to pursue B.Tech.

Hello Guruprasad, Placement is a function of market dynamics. It follows the law of demand & supply. What will happen after four years is anybody's guess? But IT and the three basic branches of civil, mechanical & electrical appear to be the best candidate for placements.
