Which engineering branch should I opt in my B.Tech? In which college can I get admission with 10737 rank in JEE Mains?
I scored 94.8 percent marks in class 12th. I have interest in programming.

You can also give a try to some of the good private universities in case you don't get a good branch or branch of your choice.

10k rank is a very good rank and you can apply for many colleges. You can even try for Nit's. There is a good chance that if u go into a private one then u can get a scolaship as well. As fir the branch it should be something decided by you as u r the better judge for Your self. Think of the things u like the subjects u r comfortable with. Also before applying for the branch do a little reseacrh. And read the course schee that the branch has I.e. the subjects they would be teaching just to get an idea what the field is all about. U may not aundertand what the subjects are all about but u will get an idea if it is your cup of tea. More...more

Even though the syllabus of the BCECE Mathematics is same as that of JEE Main, the difficulty level is not the same. JEE Main exam is much tougher than the BCECE exam.
