Which engineering branch will have a good scope in 2022?

Attended a couple of counselling seminars and what I came to know is the future lies in biomedical and neuroscience. But then being in India where still the 2G scam is not sorted and fight for 4G spectrum is live this fields are distant dream. PM Modi-led government is out of the box thinking government. The current vision is of smart cities, Digital India, Cashless India, Make in India and a lot more. These indicates towards a boom in IT sector as well as civil (evergreen) field. As there would be structural development and technology binding these must be the fields. But at the end its your liking that should drive you because doing what is required won't guarantee happiness but doing what you like surely does. India already lacs in gross domestic happiness (GDH) as they focus on gross domestic product (GDP).
