Which engineering branch would be better for me? I am interested in design.

If you are interested in designing then Mechanical or Civil Engineering will be good options for you. These two branches have a good career opportunity and as well as good career growth also. You can choose either of them. Apart from this you can also pursue B.Arch which is also related to design.

Today engineering us field which is pursue by many and competition is very tough. If it is pursued from good college then chances for good career are more otherwise so many Govt vacancies are available in Civil which you can try. Also private jobs are also there. But Mechanical is more better.

Tejas, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or
