Which engineering colleges can I get for CSE with 72 marks in COMEDK?

These marks are pretty less in COMEDK. I am not sure about your rank but BMSIT, AIT and SJBIT are the colleges where you can apply for engg.streams. If your rank is below 10k, doors for CSE will be open to you in the above colleges.
