Which engineering colleges can I get for ECE without writing any competitive exams?

It is quite tough to get college as you are saying that I had not appeared in any engineering entrance exam you may try in LPU, Sharda University, Galgotias University, PDM University, GLA university, GNA University these college take admission through class 12th marks.
