Which Engineering colleges in bangalore give admission without any engineering enterance test?

My brother scored 60% in 12th from CBSE (Indore) but could not appear in any eng. entrance exam like JEE,KCET,COMDEK. Is it still possible to get admission in any good engineering college in Bangalore. If yes, please provide the list of such colleges.

You can go few colleges which best in banglore for B.tech admission 1.acharya institute of technology 2.Shri Pillappa College of Engineering 3.Reva University These Three colleges u can get direct admission
