Which engineering colleges offer the best student diversity?

Both the colleges have a great mix of domestic and International students with the highest grades and talents, there is boy to girl ratio of 3:1 at both colleges showing that females are given great opportunities and promoted to become future leaders. Females have been assigned community based platforms to upgrade and make them competitive with every other student. Faculty is highly diversified with rich experiences across various sectors and some notable industry lords have been assigned guest lectures to bring in valuable practical inputs where students can apply them in various business cases. The college promotes women cell to make them powerful and competitive in today world. The international immersion programme help students understand various socio cultural factors and learn from diverse background based professors across the globe with great insights.

IIT Guwahati and NITIE are some best in class diversified institutions with best students and grades. Both the college have great mix of domestic and International students with highest grades and talents, there is boy to girl ratio of 3:1 at both colleges showing that females are given great opportunities and promoted to become future leaders. Females have been assigned community based platforms to upgrade and make them competitive with every other student. Faculty is highly diversified with rich experiences across various sectors and some notable industry lords have been assigned guest lectures to bring in valuable practical inputs where students can apply them in various business cases. The college promotes women cell to make them powerful and competitive in today’s world. The international immersion program help students understand various socio cultural factors and learn from diverse background based professors across the globe with great insights. Overall, a splendid experience has been recorded at above two colleges.

It very important to have diversity in campuses as it brings a lot of cross group 1st hand knowledge at one place. Recently NIRF did this bifurcation while ranking engineering colleges across the country. The broader objective was to find out the outreach of student group like Region Diversity, Male female ratio, Social economic condition, Physically Challenged Students. Few college which stood out in the survey are as follows: S.R.M Institute of Science and Technology Jaypee Institute of Information Technology Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences-Coimbatore
