Which engineering course is best: CSE or IT?

Definately CS because the syllabus structure gives you some hardware and networking knowledge also,on the other side IT gives you only programming approach.

Banglore is also almost equivalent to pune but it is highly costlier city

cs is much better as it is one time hard work and life long enjoyment
