Which engineering course is better as I am good at practicals but cannot do well in theory?

There is no engineering course that has more practical subjects and less theoretical, also both practical and theoretical knowledge plays important role during placements. But if you are good at analysis and calculations, you can choose mechanical engineering because it has more subjects that has numeric problems.
