There are many engineering exams in India. You can apply for anyone. If you qualify the entrance exam then you will get admission in B.Tech. You can apply for following examinations. Here are some entrance exams in which you can apply after completing class 12th. JEE Main JEE Advanced BITSAT VITEEE

Engineering examinations are competitive. There is no engineering examination where selection is guaranteed. If you work hard and prepare for entrance examinations then your probability of selection is very high.
