Every branch which is being offered in colleges has a good scope. All you have to do is to learn the skills during your education.
And the major point is that selection of branch depends upon your area of interest. Suppose, you feel good about machinery then go for mechanical, some construion activity attracts your mind then go for civil, or if you feel good about computers then go for computer science, etc.
All you have to do is find your interest and go for that only.
If you pursue the course in which you have interest then you will definitely get a good job in that field in India only.

There is nothing like "The best engineering course" as you have asked for. The trends always change with time, so it's not wise to think of a particular engineering course as the best one. There are many people who have studied the least preferred courses of engineering but still the best of their domains.
So, it's all based on how well you "learn" your engineering and not how well you "study" engineering. So, it's better if you can choose an engineering course of your interest maybe automobiles, electronics or whatever is your interest is.
After all, there is a separate engineering branch for anything and everything you wanna become.
