Which engineering is better between civil and marine?

Mostly depends on your interest.
Civil contains Structural; steel, concrete, masonry, etc.
Water resources; water runoff, ditch/piping design for the runoff, water interaction with bridges, etc.
Geotech; Foundation design, footings, piers, dirt work, etc.
Transportation; Roadway routing, pavement design, bridges, intersection design, etc.
Whereas marine engineering, it's like a MEP (mechanical electrical and plumbing) degree for ships. You'll do everything from ballast systems, exhaust systems, to power plants and big ship engines.
