Hello dear, Definitely, CSE. It has more scope in comparison to ECE. But, I suggest you to choose field according to your interest either than scope choose which in which you have passion and interest.

Its totally depends on your interest but today competition in computer IT has increase and scope has decreased so Electronics should be better option for that.
