Choose the stream on the basis of your interest.study about the stream and its scope and select if you are comfortable in that subject.all the disciplines are doing equally good and moreover their opportunities are also same.so it is suggested to select it on the basis of your interest.

Definitely, CSE. It has more scope in comparison to ECE. But, I suggest you to choose field according to your interest either than scope choose which in which you have passion and interest. -
Its totally depends on your interest but today competition in computer IT has increase and scope has decreased so Electronics should be better option for that.
