    All branches of engineering are best for girls, now the employers are mostly gender neutral, so all the conservative thoughts are now meaningless. You must choose your branch depending on you interests, aptitude, passion, favorite subjects, personality traits and aspirations. If you choose this way you will have ample opportunities in your choice of branch. And MS choose the college by comparing them on the curriculum development, teaching pedagogy, industry interface, infrastructure, alumni and placements. Some good ones are IITs, BITs, VIT, PEC, Thapar and LPU. Hope this helps.
