* To get into MIT, the only criteria that fits the tag 'entrance exam' is SAT. There is absolutely no comparison between JEE and SAT. The thing that sets MIT apart is that they don't accept students merely based on one exam. * An applicant's performance on standardized tests such as the Graduate Record Examination GRE TOFEL, and IELTS is an important criterion for admission. A few MIT management programs accept GMAT scores. TOEFL/IELTS may be waived by a few departments for applicants from English-speaking universities. Thank you.
