UK has an option to study PG MD/MS without any entrance examination. Only IELTS is mandatory requirement. As per Govt of India Gazette:

Hello Shivani,
For all studies after MBBS, you have to appear for NEET PG. This is single pan India test conducted for aspirants of PG degree or diploma. Almost all colleges barring a few admit students based on this.
