Hi,
In order to pursue MS degree degree from US you need to take below mentioned test:
- GRE.
- TOEFL or IELTS.
For your reference find below the eligibility criteria to pursue MS degree from universities in US:
- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (60%-70% plus in degree)

You have to give IELTS or TOEFL to prove your English proficiency.
Depends upon your field os study if the university asks then you can do GRE.
