The entrance exam you need to give for admission for M.Tech. In an IIT is GATE Graduate Aptitude Test Examination ). GATE score is a must to pursue the M.Tech. Degree from IIT. Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Architecture from Educational Institutions
