The university offers various courses such as BTech, MBBS, MBA etc. at the UG and PG level. Apart from the UG and PG courses the institutions also offer PhD courses. Admissions to the programmes offered at NIU happen through NSAT (NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test) for technical programs or through GD/PI for non-technical programmes. The university also considers state-level and national-level entrance exams like JEE & CUET.

At Noida International University, Admission to most undergraduate programs is based on a candidate's score in their previous qualifying exam or a national-level entrance exam, followed by a group discussion and personal interview. Eligible students can apply through the official website of the university. The application form for undergraduate and postgraduate courses is available online, and the last date to apply is typically mentioned on the university's website.
