First of all, it depends on your priorities. If you want to study only in Maharashtra, then MHCET might be a better option for you as it is applicable for all the law colleges in Maharashtra. CLAT is for national law universities in India, MHCET law is for Maharashtra based deemed and government colleges, CLAT have negative marking, if you answer wrong your 0.25 marks will be deducted, no negative marking in MHCET LAW. Appear for both and find out which is better.
