Both are important, but JEE Mains paper 2 is for NITs and NATA score will be accepted throughout the country as it is conducted by COA. If you have a strong desire of doing architecture from IIT then you have to appear for AAT.

NATA will be better as its scores are valid for more colleges across India except for the NITs and if you are specifically targeting NITs and centrally funded institutes, JEE Mains paper 2 will be beneficial.
