<p data-sourcepos="1:1-1:144">The Himalayan University requires candidates to pass the Central University Entrance Test (CUET UG) for admission to the B.Tech programme in 2023.</p><p data-sourcepos="3:1-3:164">CUET UG is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate programs at various central universities and other participating institutions across India.</p><p data-sourcepos="5:1-5:110">To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech programme at Himalayan University, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Candidates must also have qualified in the CUET UG exam with a valid score.</p>

<p>In order to be admitted to the B.Tech programme at Himalayan University, applicants must take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the CUET, a national entrance exam, to applicants to undergraduate programs at central universities, state universities, and private universities that take part in the test.</p><p>Three components make up the CUET for B.Tech students:</p><p><strong>Part I:</strong> Language Assessment</p><p><strong>Section II: </strong>Test of Subjects Specific to a Domain</p><p><strong>Section III:</strong> Comprehensive Exam</p><p>Physical science, chemistry, and mathematics are included in the B.Tech. domain-specific subjects test.</p><p>Students must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam with at least 45% of the possible points in order to be eligible for the CUET for B.Tech. Students in the reserved group must have at least 40%.</p><p>Himalayan University will shortlist applicants for admission based on their CUET scores as well as additional factors, like their high school academic record, following the announcement of the CUET results. Counseling and seat assignment will be extended invitations to the shortlisted candidates.</p>

<p>You have to appear for Research Entrance Aptitude Test (TREAT) to get admission in B.Tech at Himalayan University. They also consider the score of CUET. &nbsp;The university offers undergraduate courses in different specializations, including B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with other eligibility criteria.</p>
