Which entrance exam scores are accepted by MIT School of Engineering & Science for admission?

<p dir="ltr">Admission to courses in the field of Technology, Science, and Engineering requires a valid score in JEE Main, MHT CET, PERA, and CETGATE, along with a minimum of 45% in class 12 and graduation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">If you're interested in applying for the UG programme at MIT School of Engineering and Science, there are a couple of eligibility criteria you need to meet.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Eligibility criteria for Maharashtra State Candidate and Outside Maharashtra State Candidate:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology /Biology/ Technical Vocational subject AND Secured minimum 50% marks (minimum 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject added together.AND Obtained a positive Composite score* i.e., marks obtained after adding 50% of JEE (Main) (Paper 1) marks and 50% of normalized Standard XII (Board or Equivalent Examination) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Eligibility Criteria for All India Candidates:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology /Biology/ Technical Vocational subject AND Secured minimum 50% marks (minimum 45%marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the subjects Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject added together. AND Obtained All India Rank in JEE (Main) (Paper 1) given by CBSE</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>For the candidates wishing admission under Management Quota</strong></p><p dir="ltr">Candidates from Maharashtra State as well as from outside Maharashtra State, having educational qualification as specified, are eligible for Management Quota, who Obtained All India Rank in JEE (Main) (Paper 1) conducted by CBSE. However, they are required to apply separately to the Management of the respective institutes for these seats.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>For Diploma holder candidates</strong></p><p dir="ltr">The Candidate must be an Indian National and should have passed Post-SSC or Post-HSC Diploma Course in Engineering/Technology with at least 45 % marks (40 % marks in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology from an AICTE approved Institution with English as the medium of instruction at Diploma level.</p><p dir="ltr">OR</p><p dir="ltr">The Candidate must be an Indian National and should have passed B.Sc. Degree from a UGC /Association of Indian Universities recognised University with at least 45% marks (40 % marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) and passed XII standard examination with Mathematics as the subject and with English as the medium of instruction at B.Sc. level.</p><p dir="ltr">Note:-</p><p dir="ltr">The students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall only be considered after filling the seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma Stream and students belonging to B.Sc. stream are required to pass the subjects of Engineering Graphics / Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering programme along with the second year subjects.</p><p dir="ltr">In case the percentage, marks in the Diploma/ B.Sc Examination comes in fraction then percentage of marks shall be rounded off as explained in the example for the purpose of deciding the eligibility of the candidate</p><p dir="ltr">So, to sum it up, if you meet these eligibility criteria, you can apply for the UG programme at MIT School of Engineering and Science and take an important ste</p>
