    For PG Diploma and integrated MBA programs, NICMAR University conducts its own entrance tests, namely PG-NCAT and UG-NCAT respectively. NCAT is 150 marks exam which comprises of three sections- Quantitative and Analytical Ability - 60 marks Data Interpretation - 30 marks Verbal and General Ability - 60 marks. The candidates are also allowed to submit the CAT / GMAT / GATE /CMAT scores.

    NICMAR University accepts NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) scores for admission to the B.Tech program. In addition, the university may also consider the scores of other entrance exams like JEE Main, GATE, and CAT for admission to various programs. The exact cut-off marks required for B.Tech in NICMAR University are not mentioned separately in the application results.

    NICMAR University accepts the scores of the NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) for admission to its MBA and other programs. The NCAT is a mandatory entrance exam for admission to NICMAR's academic programs. Additionally, for the UG programs, NICMAR conducts the UG-NCAT, which includes sections on English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Test of Reasoning, and General Knowledge. For the PG programs, NICMAR conducts the PG-NCAT, which includes sections on Quantitative and Analytical Ability, Data Interpretation, and Verbal and General Ability. The scores of other exams such as GATE are also considered for admission to specific programs

NICMAR University offer tuition fee waiver/scholarship to BArch students. It is offered based on candidates performance in NATA/JEE Main paper-II. There is a merit criteria for each scholarship scheme. Mentioned below is NICMAR scholarship criteria for some scholarships:

  • 100% fee waiver under the exemplary merit scholarship

    165 and above NATA score + 80% in Class 12 or

    300 score in JEE Main paper 2 + 80% in Class 12

  • 75% fee waiver under the distinguished merit:

         160 and above NATA score + 75% in Class 12 or

          275 score in JEE Main paper 2 + 75% in Class 12
