There are a lot of entrance and aptitude exams for hotel management. I think, you should go for NCHMCT JEE (National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination). This is one of the most renowned entrance exam for hotel management. -
There is an entrance exam JEE NCHMCT to take admission in Hotel management 3 year degree course. -

One can appear for NCHMCT JEE, IIHM eCHAT and CET for HMCT courses, and also it depends on your city preferences.
