The entrance exams accepted for B.Tech course at IIT Dhanbad is JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Similarly, for M.Tech, the entrance exams accepted include GATE COAP JEE Main and JEE Advanced. For M.Sc. The entrance exam accepted is IIT JAM.

You can get into the BTech courses offered by IIT (ISM) Dhanbad through JEE Mains. However, JEE Mains isn't enough. One must clear JEE Advanced to get into any of the IITs. The same applies to the IIT Dhanbad admissions as well. To summarise:
