    Dear Sakshi,
Different universities have different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on the basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on the basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12 or JEE or NATA. You can check the details of any of the reputed universities like VIT, Lovely, SRM, etc. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements.
    Good luck.

Both IPU and DU are public/ government universities and are one of the oldest universities. DU admissions are tough because of the high cutoff for some colleges, whereas for IPU, admissions are comparatively easy for some colleges with low cut-offs. The infrastructure of colleges affiliated with IPU is comparatively better than that affiliated with DU. The fee is another factor that makes DU a preference among students. In the end, it depends on the students, which university is better for them.
