Which exam do I need to clear for the above mentioned course? Is JEE compulsory?

IMUCET and TMISAT. You need to appear in both of these. -
HelloJEE is necessary for admission in IITS , NITS and other top institute. Because many top engineering get admission through JEE. There are some top institute that conduct own exam for admission like BITS, VIT, MANIPAL University. But most of institute take admission through JEE.
