Which exam do I need to qualify in order to pursue nautical science? What do you mean by sponsorship? Do I need to clear sponsorship too?

You are advised to appear in Common Entrance Examination conducted by Indian Maritimes University Chennai. IMU is the only central government University for education in field of Nautical Science and Marine Engineering. Lots of colleges are affiliated to IMU for Nautical Science and Marine Engineeri

Thank you. Which one is better between marine engineer and B.Sc in nautical science? And before IMU CET exam, is sponsorship needed?
