For pursuing MBA abroad, you have to take GMAT exam and most of the foreign universities accept GMAT score and you have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL, IELTS, etc. You can prepare for the exam by self-study or you can join some coaching institute.

There are other English proficiency tests also other than TOEFL & IELTS. It can vary from country to country and institutions to institutions, but above two are mostly accepted.
