Maharashtra Common Entrance Test MAH CET is considered relatively easier than CAT (Common Admission Test) as it is a state-level exam while the latter Common Admission Test is a national-level exam. More candidates sit for the Common Admission Test than the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test which makes the difficulty level of the exam and admission through the Common Admission Test a bit more difficult. Both tests are simple to pass with the proper planning, practise, and preparation. However, it becomes tough to achieve high marks and rank among the top 30 pupils. The MAH CET Exam is at the state level, whereas the CAT Exam is at the national level. The fact that more candidates take the CAT test than the MAH CET exam raises the difficulty level of the exam and makes admission through CAT more challenging, although the number of colleges accepting CAT results is large.
