CAT exam is difficult as compared to MAT exam. You should focus on CAT exam as it covers the syllabus of MAT exam too.

Talking about the difficulty levels, CAT is more challenging and hence bears several advantages over MAT. MAT is the easiest version. Since you have chosen to prepare and focus only on CAT, it covers the preparation for MAT too.
