Private sector :IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Delhi, IIIT Bangalore etc. Public sector : IIIT Allahabad, IIIT Gwalior, IIIT Guwahati, IIIT Jabalpur etc. So the IIITS which comes under private sector will conduct their own entrance exams and select the students.
